Appointment availability
You can now see our available appointments via our new online booking provider, accessible by visiting our website www.doctorsatsouthportpark.com.au. Click on the “Book Now” button in the top right hand corner of our website to check appointment availability or to make a booking.
Waiting times
We are committed to keeping waiting times at an absolute minimum, wherever possible. Our GPs provide a thorough service for all patients, and sometimes an urgent matter needs to be resolved at the time which may unfortunately impact on subsequent waiting times. We will advise you when you arrive if your appointment is going to be a little later than expected Eg due to an emergency. Our doctors work hard to catch up so any inconvenience is kept to a minimum. If you are on a tight schedule, please feel free to give us a call prior to your appointment and we will be able to give you a “real time” update.
Urgent appointments
If you need to see your doctor urgently and we are fully booked, please let the receptionist know and we will speak to the doctor and see what can be arranged.
Exciting development
In early January 2022, we will be moving to a bigger and brand new medical centre, right next door to where we are currently located. More room means more doctors so you should have no trouble getting to see a GP when you need to.
