Medical Acupuncture services are offered by Dr Aung Thura and Dr Khin Oo at Doctors at Southport Park.
Dr Thura and Dr Oo are qualified medical acupuncturists and are members of AMAC (Australian Medical Acupuncture College).
Acupuncture is a system of medicine originating in Asia that typically uses very fine, sterile, single use needles to stimulate specific points on the body. These points are known as acupuncture points and when stimulated they produce a range of therapeutic effects. It is the holistic form of treatment to improve body, mind and spirit.
Acupuncture services are available to patients over 18 years of age.
Conditions which can be benefits from Acupuncture are:
